Arrival window
We will always strive to arrive within the time window provided for your booking, however should unforeseen events occur such as accidents, inclement weather, or anything else unexpected, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a $70 cancellation fee.
Boise Cleaning Fairy prides ourselves on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if you're not happy with your service at all, let us know right away (same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.
A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but you will not be charged until service is complete. When you are charged you will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show the hold as a charge, but it is just pre-authorization.
